Find out more about mobile party experiences!  We've put together the answers to some frequently asked questions to assist in making your decision to host or participate in a mobile paint or dance party with us.

Can I host my mobile party at the BCAC facility? 

We do not have a facility at this time. You provide the place, the space, or device and we provide the creative part of the party. We come to you at your metropolitan Atlanta area location. Some onsite ideas include your home (room,  garage, or back yard), dance or art studio, meeting room, restaurant, or any location that provides the appropriate space for your guests.  We also provide virtual online options via Zoom video technology.

Can my guests pay for their own participation in a mobile party that I am hosting?

Yes. Once the deposit is made to confirm your date. We provide you with a custom link so your guests can pay their own fee to participate in your hosted paint and/or dance party.

I want to host a mobile or virtual party as a fundraiser. How does that work?

BCAC works with the hosting organization to set a per person price for their fundraiser.  They will receive anywhere from 20% - 50% of the cost depending on the price established. Please contact us for more details.

Where are you located?

BCAC provides mobile and virtual paint and dance services. We do not have a facility at this time. We come to your designated metropolitan Atlanta area location or provide instruction to you virtually anywhere in the US via Zoom video technology.

I want to host a mobile or virtual party. What if I have less than 8-10 people?

We require payment for a minimum of 10 people to reserve a mobile paint or dance party (8-10 for a virtual party). There are three other options available to you - (1) Consider booking your party as a public event. You provide the location and BCAC will assist in marketing (if desired) to obtain the minimum participation level. (2) Host the party with less than the minimum requirement, but pay the full cost of 8-10 people. (3) Consider paying premium pricing to host a private painting session for 2-4 people.

When do you post your schedule of classes open to the public?

BCAC and some of our customers may offer their hosted paint and/or dance parties to the public. These classes are posted on the EVENTS page as they are scheduled. Pricing, dates and locations vary per event.
