You GO Girl! is a dance experience geared toward bringing out the CONFIDENCE in women. It is all about learning to be comfortable in your own skin, while challenging your mind and body with sexy choreography in heels (or not). This class will help build dance skills, stamina, self-esteem, and overall mental and physical well-being. It’s a "No Judgement Zone!" Just come, let loose, be free, release, relax, and have fun!

We will be virtual and online, so you can dance from anywhere. Your space. Your place. Your device. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, we want you to have fun with DANCE!  It's for everybody and every body.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!  It's a great way to have a party. It's a fun way to be creative!
