Paint
Parties

  • Deposit goes towards 3 participants in party

  • A customized registration link for your guests to pay to participate in your event (if desired)

  • Automated email reminder notifications for each participant (3-day, 1-day, and 1-hour) with host location / Zoom meeting details and other tips

  • Up to 2.5 hours of instruction

  • Music from our available playlists or a playlist customized just for you

  • A good time and lots of FUN!

Mobile

  • Non-refundable deposit of $105 required 

  • 16x20 canvas @ $35 per person (15 person minimum)

  • 11x14 canvas @ $30 per person (20 person minimum)

  • Use of art supplies to include paint, brushes, apron, water cup, paper plates, paper towels, and easels

  • plastic tablecloths to cover tables

  • Host is responsible for location, tables, and chairs for the appropriate number of guests

Virtual

  • Non-refundable deposit of $90 required

  • 11x14 canvas @ $30 per person (10 person minimum)

  • Paint Party "To-Go" Kit includes 8-acrylic paint colors (0.6 oz each), disposable apron, 3-paint brushes, paper plates, color copy of paint selection 

  • Admission to Zoom session

  • Supplies shipped directly to participants via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day @ $9 per kit

  • Disposable easels as an ADD ON option @ $4 each

Dance
Parties

  • Deposit goes towards 3 participants in party

  • A customized registration link for your guests to pay to participate in your event (if desired)

  • Automated email reminder notifications for each participant (3-day, 1-day, and 1-hour) with host location / Zoom meeting details and other tips

  • Original choreography based on dance style selected (unless otherwise specified)

  • 1 hour of instruction 

  • Use of sound equipment

  • Music selected by the instructor or you

  • A good time and lots of FUN!

Mobile

  • Non-refundable deposit of $45 required

  • Dance instruction @ $15 per person (15 person minimum)

Virtual

  • Non-refundable deposit of $30 required

  • Dance instruction @ $10 per person (10 person minimum)

  • Admission to Zoom session

How to
Book Your Party

1. Select Painting or Dance Style

Review available options to select the title of the painting or style of dance you would like for your party.

2. Confirm Availability

Contact us by email or phone to confirm availability of the desired date and time of your paint or dance party.

3. Pay Your Deposit

Pay your deposit to hold your date and book your party. The amount is applied towards 3 people in your party and is non-refundable.

4. Complete Registrations / Pay Balance

Your guests complete their registration and pay for your party with a website link customized for your specific event. Or as the host, you can choose to receive an invoice to pay the balance for the remaining number of guests you plan to have at your event. 

5. Party!

You and your guests show up at your designated onsite location or virtually online. BE! Creative Arts Center takes care of the instruction and supplies (as applicable). Let the fun begin. Ready, set --- Paint. Dance. Party!

  • How much does it cost to host a mobile or virtual paint or dance party?
    Visit the BOOK A PARTY page for current pricing. View the item detail for more information.
  • Can my guests pay for their own participation in a party I am hosting?
    Yes. Once the deposit is received to book your party and confirm your date, we provide a custom link for your specific event so your guests can pay their own fee to participate in your paint or dance party.
  • I want to host a mobile or virtual party. What if I have less than 10-15 people?
    We require payment for a minimum of 15 people for a mobile paint or dance party and 10 people for a virtual party. There are two options available to you: (1) Consider booking your party as a public event. You provide the location and BCAC will assist in marketing (if desired) to obtain the minimum participation level. You are still accountable for obtaining the minimum participation level. (2) Host the party with less than the minimum participation requirement, but pay the full cost of 10-15 people.
  • I want to host a mobile or virtual party fundraiser. How does that work?
    Visit our PAINT PARTY FUNDRAISER or DANCE PARTY FUNDRAISER deposit pages to obtain additional details.
  • Where are you located?
    We are based out of Atlanta, GA. Our services are mobile (onsite, at your location) and virtual (online, your device). We do not have a facility at this time. We come to your designated metropolitan Atlanta, GA area location or provide instruction to you virtually anywhere in the US via Zoom video technology.
  • Can I host my mobile party at the BCAC facility?
    We do not have a facility at this time. You provide the place, the space, and/or device and we provide the creative part of the party. We come to you, onsite at your metropolitan Atlanta, GA area location. Some onsite ideas include your home (room, garage, or patio), dance or art studio, meeting room, restaurant, or any location that provides the appropriate space for your guests. We also provide virtual online options via Zoom video technology anywhere in the USA.
  • When do you post your schedule of classes open to the public?
    Publicly offered classes are posted on the DANCE EVENTS and PAINT EVENTS pages of our website on a monthly basis.
