ITEM DESCRIPTION
Non-refundable deposit required to book / confirm your PAINT PARTY FUNDRAISER.
Amount goes torwards 3 participants in your party.
Deposit payment DOES NOT go torwards your fundraiser goal.
Confirmation email will include a request for the name, email address, and other relevant information needed for the 3 participants included with the payment of your deposit.
Minimum participation levels are required to host paint party fundraisers
 
AVAILABILITY 
Date selections are based on instructor availability. Contact us via email or phone to check the availability of your desired date and time before booking. 
 
PAINT SELECTION
Choose your painting from any selection in our PAINT gallery. If you don’t see something you like, we create Customized Paintings for a one time charge of $50 due at time of booking. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM PARTICIPATION LEVEL
Mobile - 20 person minimum / 100 person max 
Virtual - 15 person minimum / 1000 person max 
 
PARTICIPANT COSTS
You set the price for your participants — $35 to $40 or more per person. BE! Creative Arts Center receives a minimum of $30 per person (Mobile) and $25 per person plus $9 shipping (Virtual) . Your organization receives the difference based on the price you set.

INCLUSIONS
Each participant receives the following: 
— Partial /Full Pre-drawn Canvas (16x20 Mobile / 11x14 Virtual)
— use of or shipment of paint supplies (brushes, paint, plates, apron)
— up to 2.5 hours of instruction 
 
MOBILE  also includes use of easels, cup of water, paper towels, and plastic table cloths
VIRTUAL also includes color copy of paint selection and admission to Zoom session
 
REGISTRATION/ PARTICIPANT PAYMENTS
After the deposit is received, a custom link is provided so that participants can self register/ pay for your fundraiser event. The host is provided with periodic updates prior to the date of the event. All participant payments must be made through BCAC. 
 
DEADLINES
The cut off date for paint party registrations and minimum participant level is:
--- 3 days prior to the scheduled event date (MOBILE)
--- 7 days prior to schedule event date (VIRTUAL)
 
FUNDRAISER GOAL PAYMENT
Fundraiser goal payments must be made to an organization (not an individual person). Payments are made via check, Cash app, PayPal or Zelle. A detailed breakdown of all monies received, and a listing of the name, email address and mailing address of all participants will also be provided.
 
Fundraiser goal payments are provided to your organizationwithin 2-3 days after registration closes.

HOSTING ORGANIZATION EXPECTATIONS
Ensure minimum participant registration level by required deadline.
(Mobile ONLY) Provide a location, tables and chairs for the amount of registered participants
(Mobile ONLY) Location must be available at least 1 hour prior to start time to allow time for set up before guests arrive.
