ITEM DESCRIPTION

  • Non-refundable deposit required to book / confirm your DANCE PARTY FUNDRAISER.
  • Amount goes torwards 3 participants in your party.
  • Deposit payment DOES NOT go torwards your fundraiser goal.
  • Confirmation email will include a request for the name, email address, and other relevant information needed for the 3 participants included with the payment of your deposit.
  • Minimum participation levels are required to host dance party fundraisers
  • Original choreography (unless otherwise requested by the host)

 

DANCE STYLE INCLUSIONS

  • Line Dance - Stretch/Warm Up and 2-4 line dances
  • You Go Girl - S3 = Stretch, Strut, and 1 Sensual dance 
  • Yeek - Stretch, 1 dance, and high speed dance challenge
  • Dance for Fitness - Stretch, dance fitness warm up, and 1 dance

Date selections are based on instructor availability. Contact Us via email or phone (404-984-4071) to check the availability of your desired date and time before paying your deposit to book your event. 

 

DANCE SELECTION

Choose your dance style from any selection in our DANCE gallery. 

 

REQUIRED MINIMUM PARTICIPATION LEVEL

Mobile - 20 person minimum / 100 person max 

Virtual - 15 person minimum / 500 person max 

 

PARTICIPANT COSTS

You set the price for your participants — $10 or more per person. BE! Creative Arts Center receives a minimum of $10 up to $15 per person (Mobile) and $6 up to $10 per person (Virtual) . Your organization receives the difference based on the price you set.

 

EXAMPLES (Mobile Dance Party):

Price $15 — BCAC $10; host $5

Price $20 — BCAC $10; host $10

Price $25 — BCAC $13; host $12

Price $30 — BCAC $15; host $15

Price $35 — BCAC $15; host $20

Price $40 — BCAC $15; host $25

 

EXAMPLES (Virtual Dance Party):

Price $10 — BCAC $6; host $4  

Price $15 — BCAC $8; host $7

Price $20 — BCAC $10; host $10

Price $25 — BCAC $10; host $15

INCLUSIONS

REGISTRATION/ PARTICIPANT PAYMENTS

After the deposit is received, a custom link is provided so that participants can self register/ pay for your fundraiser event. The host is provided with periodic updates prior to the date of the event. All participant payments must be made through BCAC. 

 

DEADLINES

The deadline to obtain the minimum participant registration level is 3 days prior to the scheduled event date. 

 

FUNDRAISER GOAL PAYMENT

Fundraiser goal payments must be made to an organization (not an individual person). Payments are made via check, Cash app, PayPal or Zelle. A detailed breakdown of all monies received, and a listing of the name, email address, and mailing address of all participants will also be provided.

 

Fundraiser goal payments are provided to your organization within 1-2 days after registration closes.

-- On the date of the event upon arrival for set up (MOBILE).

-- 1-2 days prior to your event (VIRTUAL)

 

HOSTING ORGANIZATION EXPECTATIONS

  • Ensure minimum participant registration level by required deadline.
  • (Mobile ONLY) Provide a location with electrical outlets for sound, and applicable space for the amount of registered participants
  • (Mobile ONLY) Location must be available at least 1 hour prior to start time to allow time for set up before guests arrive.

    Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • PHOTOS & VIDEOS

    BCAC takes photos and videos of all clsses and its participants for use on social media, to share with participants, and for marketing and promotions purposes. By registering for this session, you are acknowledging your awareness of this and granting permission for photos/videos to be taken during this time frame and to be used for the noted purposes.
